I have been successful in wholesaling real estate in other states without ever leaving home. Since I cannot obviously be physically present in every state to personally work with each buyer I decided to create ” Flip it Nationally “. A team work program where I invite others who are wholesaling real estate in each state to join my team. In doing this I am able to wholesale more properties more effectively and help others make money in the process… how kool is that?.
I am always looking for people who I can partner with on wholesaling real estate deals throughout the Country. I receive a steady flow of motivated seller leads in every state and I also have a large National list of buyers looking to get great real estate deals in other states.
When I get a wholesale real estate deal in a particular state I need team members who will:
- Take pictures of the property
- Evaluate the overall condition of the property
- Hang bandit signs in the local area
- Show the property to potential buyers
As a team member you will also:
- Gate paid on every property that you work on that either we close on or one of our buyers closes on.
- Be able to add each buyer to your buyers list for future deals
