Property Cleaning Service

There are many services that you can make readily available to your buyers. This one is the one that is most needed by every Investor. Whether they have just finished a rehab or they have a rental that they need to get ready for rent this service is one that every buyer will need at one time or another. Unless they are doing the cleaning themselves they will be looking for someone to do it for them.

Once a rehab is complete there is allot of debris and dust left over. The property needs to be thoroughly cleaned and dusted before it can be presentable for showing to new buyers. New windows need to be shined, the bathroom needs to be cleaned especially if the Investor just put in new tile since the grout is no doubt all over, the new rugs need vacuuming etc… This service is very much needed and Investors are willing to pay someone to come in and do it for them.

When a tenant moves out of a property the Investor must get that property cleaned up and ready for the next tenant. The kitchen appliances most likely need a scrub, the bathroom will most likely need and overhaul along with a basic cleaning throughout the property.  This is a service that you can offer to your buyers at a reasonable cost. There is not much of an investment needed to get started with property cleaning.  you will need to purchase some cleaning products and tools such as mops, brooms etc…. Many times you can ask the Investor to have these items ready at the property for you as well.  Advertise this service to your buyers through email, at Investor meetings or you can even advertise this service on craigslist or in the news paper. You can charge a flat rate of maybe $25.00 a room or you can charge a rate depending on the amount of time you think it will take you to clean the property.  Whatever your fees are Rehab Property Cleaning can be a great way to earn extra income each month.
