Creative Ways To Make Money In Real Estate

Real estate wholesaling is a great way to make fast cash in real estate. But what do you do in between each deal to keep the cash coming in? In today’s real estate market with property values under water it has gotten challenging, not impossible, to create enough equity in a property to make a nice profit. Unless you are doing short sales or finding properties with little or no mortgage balance wholesaling in today’s market is truly become a challenge.

Let’s say that wholesaling has become your full time job, as it has mine, than you depend on that money every month to survive. What if a month goes by and you don’t close a deal? It can happen even to the greatest of wholesalers! What do you do to earn extra income while your finding and locking up deals?

Since I am a full time Wholesaler I have found ways to supplement my real estate income each month while building my buyer’s list and building relationships with buyers at the same time. My passion is for real estate and as long as I am staying active in any phase of real estate I am happy. Therefore I have found several ways to make money in real estate, fulfill my passion and build great relationships with my buyers.

These services do not require any type of license to perform and most of these services are things that we already do in our every day life so they are not difficult tasks to perform. If you are a woman I am sure you know how to clean and decorate right? If you are a man than a property clean out should be a breeze right? Whatever your gender the point is that these are every day tasks so why not offer them as a service? This is a great way to meet new buyers and build relationships with your current buyers. Then when you have a property that you are looking to wholesale you have personal connections with these buyers since you are servicing them in one way or another.
